We process and ship orders Monday through Friday 10:00a–4:00p PST. Please allow 48 hours to process your order, once your order has been processed you will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number which may take up to 24 hours to track. The shipping method applies once your item has been processed, the 48 hour processing period applies to all shipping methods.

RETURNS
All items must be shipped back within 1 week of receiving your purchase.
We will give you a full refund after we receive your item and inspect it. Tags must be original and attached. Items must not smell of perfume or any other scents. If the item is not returned within 14 days of the purchase and/or the item does not pass inspection we will not process the return.
Final Sale Items are NOT eligible to return. We will not accept return or refund a Final Sale Item, face masks (due to COVID-19), intimates, bodysuits, and swimsuits.

Once your item is inspected, we will notify you if your item has been approved or rejected. You will receive a gift card in the amount of the item sent to your email and you will be notified.
