I didn't receive my order confirmation or shipping email!
Check your spam! You should receive an email about us confirming your order then another one when your order ships. If you think you may have entered in your email incorrectly, or didn't receive an order confirmation for another reason, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or check your customer account if you made one at checkout.
Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
We are normally able to get your packages in the mail within a day or two, but please allow one week for us to fulfill right now.
Can I change my shipping address?
As long as your order has not been processed by the time we get your email, yes, of course! Email us at email@example.com with your order number and new shipping address.
I received a delivery notification but my package is not here!
9 times out of 10 your package will show up within a week! Once the package has left our store, USPS is responsible for your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim. You can also find your local post office on the USPS site, and they will have a local phone number to call (as opposed to the 800 number).

Please email us if you'd like to return an item and we will send you a Return label and will deduct the shipping fee when your item is returned.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns for unused items (excluding face masks & final sale items) within 14 days of your delivery date. We offer refunds and store credit. We will send you a Return label and it will be deducted from your refund when we receive your return.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Check the size guide, and if you're still not sure you can always reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out! We are happy to provide measurements on items to help you find the best fit.
What if an item I love is out of stock?
We buy in small quantities, and our inventory is constantly changing. If the product you want is not available, we recommend signing up for the notification list on the product page. If we receive a return of an item, we'll send you an email notification to let you know. Please note, the waitlist does not reserve items. You can follow us on Instagram @studioopalboutique and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know of a restock!
If we are ever hiring for open positions, we will post about it on our Instagram or Facebook! We’re a very small team, but growing, so even if we aren’t hiring right now, it’s possible we will be soon!
