All orders will take 1 - 3 to process and will be shipped via USPS.

In addition, we offer free in-store pickup for Walla Walla.

Please choose your best option at check out.

Your package will arrive 2-7 business days after shipment.

We are continuing to take extra precautions when shipping out all items safely. 

In case an item is out of stock, we will need to cancel the order, and you will receive a full refund.

 Shipping prices for the U.S. are flat-rate.  

Free local pickup is available Sunday - Thursday between 11-5, and Friday - Saturday between 11-6 at our Walla Walla store: 61 E Main St, Walla Walla, WA 99362 USA. 

We will notify you when orders go out with the accompanying USPS tracking number (where applicable) to the email address provided.

Studio Opal reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delayed by the postal service. To locate a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS for more information.

 

International Shipping

Note: Overnight delivery is not available for international orders.

We're required by law to declare the total value of items and declare them as merchandise.

Non-delivered or Return to Sender Items:

If your item is unable to be delivered and returned to us, we are not responsible for the cost of shipping the item again. If you would like a refund for your purchase (minus shipping costs) or to have it shipped to you again, please contact studio.opal.boutique@gmail.com.

Refunds will be issued once we have the product back in hand.
