A richly saturated sodalite cabochon takes center stage in this one of a kind ring, its deep ocean blues swirled with soft cloud white inclusions that shift in the light like a stormy sky. The cushion shaped stone is hand bezel set in sterling silver, framed by a textured halo of molten sterling that's been melted, reformed, and gently hammered to give each edge its own organic rhythm. No two surfaces are alike.
A simple double band in sterling silver supports the setting, keeping the focus on the stone and its hand built frame. The result is rustic yet refined, equal parts modern and ancient feeling, like something pulled from the sea and polished by hand.
